    Infected THA: Diagnosis and Treatment: The Case of Cara DeVry begins by introducing two algorithms: one for identifying PJI in high risk patients and another for low risk patients. The case then moves to the operating room for a two-stage exchange arthroplasty. A combination of questions and video covers removing the patient's femoral stem and acetabular components, making and inserting a temporary antibiotic stem, and finally, completing the second stage of the arthroplasty.
