Dr. McCarthy and his team provide real time, up-to-date information about the rapidly growing area of hip arthroscopy. You will address the examination, imaging, and decision-making, as well as general biomechanical principles of fixation. Your faculty covers arthroscopic management of peri-articular problems, including gluteus medius tears and snapping of the iliopsoas tendon. Case presentations and video examples include the surgical management of cam and pincer femoroacetabular impingement, articular cartilage and labral repair, as well as dorsal, volar, external and IM fixation.
