Leadership Fellows Program (LFP)

Welcome to the Leadership Fellows Program (LFP). The LFP is a one-year program designed to facilitate the development of future AAOS leaders. The LFP combines didactic leadership training with an ongoing mentoring program that matches the participants to an established leader within the AAOS Fellowship.
