How to Enable Javascript to Run for Disclosure to Work
The Disclosure application relies on Javascript for some of its functionality and you are seeing this page because your javascript is turned off. You must allow javascript to run (even if only temporarily) in order to complete the disclosure information online.
Please follow the instructions below on how to turn on Javascript (some details may be slightly different for earlier browser versions). Please make note of any settings you may change so that once you have completed your disclosure you may reset your security back to its original level.
Please remember to reset your security level to your original values when you have completed your submission.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you should do the following in order to enable JavaScript:
- Click on the Tools menu at the top of the browser window.
- Click on Internet Options
- In the window that pops up, click on the Security tab.
- Click on Custom Level... button.
- Note what the security level is now so you can reset it when you are done here.
- On the left, you'll see a "Reset to" box, open the drop-down list on its right and select Medium-High.
- Click on the Reset button.
- If you are asked if you're sure, click YES. You can change it back to the original setting when you are done.
- Click on the OK button, then on the OK button again.
- Reload the introductory page
If you are using Netscape Navigator or Mozilla, you should do the following in order to enable JavaScript:
- Click on the Edit menu at the top of the browser window.
- Click on Preferences... line.
- In the window that pops up, double click on the Category called Advanced.
- Click on Scripts and Plugins line.
- Note what settings are now so you can reset set when you are done here.
- On the right, you'll see "Enable JavaScript for" and then a box next to NavigatorCheck this box.
- Click on OK button.
- Reload the introductory page
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you should do the following in order to enable JavaScript:
- Click on the Tools menu at the top of the browser window.
- Click on Options...
- In the window that pops up, click on the picture labelled Site Controls.
- Note what settings are now so you can reset set when you are done here.
- Click on the "Site List" tab and then on the "Add Site"button on the bottom.
- In the dialogue box, type "aaos.org" (without quotes) in the Domain: box, select "I Trust This Site" from the "Initial Trust Setting" box, and click "Add Site."
- On the right, you'll see a box next to "Enable JavaScript." Make sure this box is checked.
- Click on OK button.
- Reload the introductory page
If you are using Safari on a Mac, you should do the following in order to enable JavaScript:
- Click on the Safari menu at the top of the browser window.
- Click on Preferences
- In the dialogue box that pops up, click on the Security tab.
- Note what the security level is now so you can reset it when you are done here.
- Below will be a box and the text "Enable JavaScript" Make sure this box is checked.
- Close the box and reload the introductory page
