Keep up with rapidly changing treatments
Are you comfortable with trauma cases when you take call? Could your staff or colleagues benefit from more experience to help you address trauma injuries and complex fractures? This course updates you on the current management strategies for complex and multiple trauma injuries. Gain step-by-step technical pearls from recognized trauma experts and learn state-of-the-art pathways for common orthopaedic traumatic injuries. You’ll cover a broad array of topics with a special focus on the contemporary fixation strategies of pediatric fractures, the role of the community surgeon in regional trauma systems, and management of the polytrauma patient prior to transfer to a Level 1 trauma center.

Lectures, videos, and hands-on opportunities
Your expert faculty engages you in lectures covering indications, techniques, and pearls, combined with special technique videos that demonstrate those procedures and their application. Gather the tips and pearls they use to deal with complications and problems that arise in treating complex trauma.

Take advantage of this unique blend of lectures, case presentations, videos, and hands-on opportunities that enhance your learning experience.

You’ll also rotate through independent industry educational sessions on topics covered in the course. Free afternoons give you time to enjoy the Orlando area.
