2009 Annual Meeting Electronic Media Education Program Application

Before you Begin

The application process consists of two parts, program information and author information. The application process should take about 15 minutes provided that you have all the required information available.

You will need descriptive information about your program, including an abstract. You will also be asked to identify all authors and co-authors. Full name, complete address, phone number, and email is required for the principal author. Full name, phone number and email is required for the co-authors.

It will help to have

  • A complete list of all authors with complete address, phone number and email for the principal author and phone number and email for the co-authors.
  • An abstract, 250 words or less please, already prepared as a Word document.
  • You will need to send a copy of your video or multimedia program to the Academy.

    Please submit your completed program by July 15, 2008 to

    The final determination regarding your program’s acceptance will be available on or about October 15, 2008.

    The Academy reserves the right to withdraw a video or multimedia program from participation in the Annual Meeting at any time.
