2009 Annual Meeting Call for Podium and Poster Abstracts - Deadline June 2, 2008
If you have already submitted an abstract, you may now make revisions to it.
There is one application for Podium and Poster presentations. Your research/study submission cannot be presented in more than ONE format (either Podium or Poster). Place a check mark in the corresponding box. The Program Committee will take this into consideration, but will not guarantee your preference. Choosing either will give you a better chance of having your application accepted. The abstract application consists of a three part online entry form and the entry of the abstract into four text boxes. There is a separate text box for each portion of the abstract: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion/Conclusion.
- Do not bold, underline, or use italics.
- Abstracts should be no more than 250 words in length.
- Abstracts are to be single-spaced.
- Use English only.
- The abstract file is included in the final step - Review Entries and Submit Abstract.
- Abstracts must be submitted blind - names of authors, institutions, company names or products will disqualify the abstract.
Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed prior to Step 4. Step 3 is available for the entry of additional co-authors and is optional.
Please Note: You will be required to complete a question on the Institutional Review Board status of this abstract. This field cannot be left blank. If you have questions about IRB status, please go to Guidance for Institutional Review Boards and Clinical Investigators for more information.
