Become a MentorFellows, we strongly encourage you to participate in the AAOS Mentoring Program. This program is a wonderful opportunity for you to develop a meaningful relationship with a medical student as well as other orthopaedic surgeons in your area.
The AAOS Diversity Advisory Board works with a volunteer network of orthopaedic surgeons who provide career guidance and uniquely personal advice to medical students. While we can provide numerous resources to help facilitate a medical student's career development, we count on you to help your medical student understand and navigate the challenges ahead.

We hope you'll consider hosting an informal gathering for medical school students where you can show the video and respond to any questions.
