Developed primarily for minorities and females, the AAOS Mentoring Program encourages medical students to pursue rewarding careers in orthopaedic surgery. By fostering close, working relationships with experienced orthopaedic surgeons who can provide career guidance and uniquely personal advice the mentoring program helps candidates prepare for this diverse and challenging field.
